The team at Antunes Lawyers continues to grow.
Since 1986, I began the journey, focused on establishing a firm which strove for excellence and putting the client at the centre of everything done at the practice to deliver innovative solutions. Currently with over 25 staff, I am still on that same journey adapting to the changes and challenges faced by all law firms, but focused on maintaining the highest-quality of legal services in all facets of the firm.
Our firm continues to evolve and adopt NewLaw principles, including further investment in cutting edge technological products to assist our team deliver greater intra-business and B2B connectivity, communication with our clients, practice management, cost reductions and process efficiencies. The outcome and impact on our clients are the core focus and driver behind any changes introduced to the firm, to improve scoping, efficiencies and outcomes.
As part of the firm’s evolution and desire to continue competing in the legal industry, it pleases me to announce the introduction of my new partner, Tim Arvanitis. Tim joined Antunes Lawyers in February 2015, and as a valuable team member, he has contributed to the growth and development of the firm. Tim is completely aligned with our values and culture, and he strives to go above and beyond for clients, achieving great outcomes even in very complex matters.
I have always been a firm believer of allowing all team members to reach their potential by rewarding and promoting talent solely on the basis of merit, and for this reason I wish to take this opportunity to congratulate Tim Arvanitis on becoming Partner at Antunes Lawyers. Together we look forward to continue the firm’s exciting journey ahead with you, embarking on new challenges and continuing to provide exceptional quality legal services to you.
With this exciting change on the horizon, internally, our firm will undertake some administration to transition your matter from my sole practice to the partnership. This means that going forward your matter, documents held in safe custody, trust moneys and moneys on investment will be held by the partnership, as opposed to being held by me as a sole practitioner, unless you provide me with a contrary direction in the next 14 days.
This notice is a procedural requirement under Rule 6 of the Legal Profession Uniform Legal Practice (Solicitors) Rules 2015.
Please do not hesitate to contact me on the office number (02 9964 0499) or my mobile (0414 803 481) if you have questions or if you wish to discuss.
