Michelle is a friendly, mindful and dedicated professional with nearly 25 years of experience in Wills & Estates law. She has worked across private practice law firms, in-house financial services companies and government agencies like NSW Trustee & Guardian, bringing a wealth of expertise and a well-rounded perspective to her work.

Michelle specialises in the following areas:

  • Trusts and Asset Protection;
  • Estate planning such as Testamentary Discretionary Trust Wills, Powers of Attorney and Appointments of Enduring Guardians;
  • Establishment of Family Trusts, Self-Managed Superannuation Funds and Special Disability Trusts;
  • Administering Estates, Applying for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration as well as handling Intestate Estates (where there is no Will); and
  • Family Provision Applications and Challenging Estates.
